boarding

Onboarding and the first 21 days are an exciting phase in which you become acquainted with the team, the program and and the new you. 

 

The program begins with Calibration Week, where we perform a series of coaching assessments  are crucial for  building habits that will carry you through the program and beyond so we focus on setting strong foundations

 

After only a few short weeks, Phase 1 will unlock impressive performance results. Your fitness, knowledge and confidence will begin to rocket

PHASE
1&2

We’ll focus on building your movement skills and aerobic base and setting strong foundations including injury-resistance.

 

At this stage, we work hard to achieve agreed target outcomes discussed during Onboarding.

 

Your mindset and self-belief will grow in leaps and bounds. Runs that used to scare you are now basic.

PHASE
3&4

You now have an incredibly strong base fitness, superior endurance and during Phase 3 & 4, we fine-tune performance and lock down event specific strategy, including pacing and fuelling.

 

By following our expert coaching framework, you will be ready to take on your chosen event with full confidence.

Not long ago, Lee booked a call and stated that he was a "complete beginner". He didn't believe he could run a marathon in under 4 hours. It was something he wanted to do for the longest time but could never achieve it.

Fast forward only 4 months, and Lee crossed the Manchester marathon finish line. His first ever marathon in 8 years and an impressive sub 3 hours and 53 min. All while building his business and raising his family of 5 children.
